Independent Review Panel coming up? We turn the record into a focused CHC case.
We prepare the evidence, written submissions and hearing strategy for NHS Continuing Healthcare Independent Review Panels. The aim is not to overwhelm the panel with paperwork, but to show clearly where the decision, evidence or reasoning should be reconsidered.

How do we prepare an IRP case?
We identify the actual points capable of affecting eligibility, build a chronology, cross-reference the care evidence to the disputed findings and explain how the primary health need test should be applied to the totality of needs.
The panel needs a theory of the case
A useful submission answers three questions: what was decided, why that reasoning is said to be wrong, and what evidence supports the alternative analysis.
What can representation include?
Evidence audit: checking what the ICB relied on, what is missing and what matters.
Written submissions: a concise argument tied to the National Framework, domains and contemporaneous records.
Panel preparation: likely issues, questions, chronology and how to present the strongest points clearly.
Attendance and advocacy: where instructed, presenting the case and responding to the ICB position.
Do you have to use a solicitor?
No. Legal representation is not required. Families may represent themselves. Our service is intended for cases where the record is extensive, the reasoning is contested, or the family wants professional preparation and representation.
